DARWIN, Australia and SCOTTSDALE, Ariz., Sept. 27, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Axon Public Safety Australia, a subsidiary of TASER International (NASDAQ: TASR) and the global leader in digital evidence management solutions with the leading body-worn camera, today announced the purchase of 720 Axon Body 2 cameras and 100 Axon Flex cameras by the Northern Territory Police in Australia. The police service secured a three-year subscription to the Axon cloud solution, Evidence.com, to help store, manage and share data from the body cameras and other digital evidence sources. The order was received in the second quarter of 2016 and will be shipped through the first quarter of 2017.
